Case Manager (Adults)
Employee is responsible for managing an assigned caseload, coordinating scheduling and conducting IP staffing'
s as well as any additional meetings required throughout the year and monitoring quality of service delivery, for the individuals on their caseload, ensuring procedural safeguards for individuals enrolled in the program.  The Case Manager must manage required documentation of all work  and ensure all is submitted in a timely manner.

Minimum qualifications: position requires a bachelors degree in social work or related field
Salary starts at $17.00 per hour for entry level .

​​Residential Direct Care Full Time Positions: 
​Serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential settings.  Must be available to do overnight shift work. 
Minimum Qualifications : Must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or GED, valid Colorado Drivers License with fewer than 6 points and able to pass a criminal and Colorado Adult Protective Services background check. 
Salary: $13.00 per hour , additional $ stipend for overnight shifts.

(CBE), founded in 1964, is a well-established non-profit Community Centered Board, Case Management Agency, and Program Approved Service Agency with over 100 employees. CBE offers an array of services to people with intellectual/developmental disabilities from birth to senior citizens. We are searching for an Executive Director to lead the organization through an upcoming period of growth and change.

 Basic Function: The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization, ensuring that the agency is operating efficiently and effectively to meet its strategic goals. The Executive Director reports to the board of directors and will work with government officials, department directors and community partners.
Requirements and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Human Services, or related field plus at least 10 years in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities with at least 5 years in a leadership/supervisory position.
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Services, or related field, plus 5 or more years of service in the field of developmental disabilities and at least 5 years in a leadership/supervisory position.

Compensation: Starting $85,000 annually plus full agency benefits.
