Colorado Bluesky Programs and Services

Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) are made available by the State of Colorado through several funding Programs overseen by the Division of Intellectual and  Developmental Disabilities (DIDD), and administered by the CCB. These Programs are funded with Medicaid (also known as a "Medicaid Waiver") and State funds, and are available for eligible adults and children in Colorado. Services within each type of program are available to eligible, enrolled individuals based upon the identification and prioritization of individual needs. Services to address the identified needs are purchased from approved contractors and Program Approved Service Agencies, using Program funds available and as authorized through the individual's Plan.
